Anne Stimak's Obituary
Anne Stimak, 86 of Donora, PA died on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Mt. Macrina Manor in Uniontown, PA.
She was born Sunday, October 23, 1927 in Donora, PA the daughter of the late John and Eva (Mikula) Stimak.
Anne was a graduate of Donora High School class of 1946.
She was employed with U.S. Steel Donora Works, Allegheny Valley Schools, Pittsburgh and she also was a waitress at the former Peasant Village restaurant
Anne was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Rite Catholic Church in Donora and a long time member of the Mon Valley Art Club where she specialized in water color and oil painting.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and John Stimak.
Survivors include two sisters, Helen Grazzini and Marjorie Dallas; a brother Michael (Sue) Stimak; a sister-in-law, Florence Stimak; also numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 www.massafrafuneralhome.com .
A Parastas service will be held in the funeral home at 10:30 AM on Tuesday followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 AM at St. Michael Byzantine Rite Catholic Church located at 511 Murray Avenue Donora, PA 15033 with the Rev. Fr. Stephen Wahal as celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Donora, PA.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Macrina Manor, 520 W. Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401
