Carol Cervenka, age 78, of Belle Vernon, PA, died Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Laurel Ridge Center in Uniontown, PA.

She was born in Detroit Michigan the daughter of the late Charles Shimmell and the late Virginia Fenimore Shimmell.

In addition to her parents Carol was preceded in death by a son George Cervenkanon July 10, 2010; and a brother Thomas Charles Shimmell.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter Casi (John) Jacobs pf Donora; a granddaughter Chelcie; a great granddaughter Lailah; a sister Charlotte Payne of McKeesport; a brother David Lee Shimmell of Donora; and close friend George Cervenka.
