Carol A. Kelemen, 72 of Donora, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Carol was a beautiful, caring soul who loved animals, and enjoyed crafting. She was retired from Belle Vernon Walmart with 10+ years of service. She was a devout catholic and a member of the St. Andrew Apostle Parish.

Carol was born in New Eagle and grew up in Finleyville. She was proceeded in death by her father, Stanley Banahasky, and her mother, Stella Zmuda Banahasky.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, George Kelemen Jr.; a daughter, Angela (Brian) Bottino-Cox of Canonsburg; two sons, Anthony (Jessica) Banahasky of North Charleroi, and George Kelemen, III of Donora; two sisters, Irene Jarvis of Donora and Rita (Pete) Ritz of Finleyville; two brothers, Larry Banahasky of Donora and Albert (Carol) Banahasky of Finleyville; loving "Mee-Maw" to nine grandchildren, Anthony Jr., and Addison Banahasky, Hunter, and Mason Megela, Charles, Crystal and, Collin Near, Preston Kushner, and Olivia Cox;; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second Street Extension, Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, (724) 379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home at 6 p.m.

Interment will be private.
