Jane Amati, age 69, of Belle Vernon, PA, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023, at her home.

She was born January 30, 1953 in N. Charleroi, the daughter of the late Delbert Kolodziej and the late Carol Smith Kolodziej.

Jane was employed at Corning Glass for many years, then she worked security for TSA after the 911 tragedy and finally she worked for Home Health as an aide.

Jane enjoyed shopping with her daughter and granddaughters, cooking and watching her favorite show Criminal Minds. She loved her Starbucks runs with her girls.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Amati on July 2, 2022; and a brother, Delbert Kolodziej Jr.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kimberly Lanham of Belle Vernon; two grandaughters, Hannah Lanham and Paige Boyd; a sister, Joni (John) Charletta of Pittsburgh; a brother Mark (Lilia) Kolodziej of CA.; and her beloved dog Gaby and grand dog Freddie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 12:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, PA
