Janet M. Secrist, age 81, of Donora, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., PA.

She was born November 30, 1943 in N. Charleroi the daughter of the late Michael Torhan and the late Ann Rozik Torhan.

In addition to her parents Janet was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Torhan and Patricia Link.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children Lorrie (Donn) Henderson and Thomas (Sharon) Secrist; four grandchildren Gavin,Gabriel and Grayce Secrist and Ryan Henderson; a great grandson Zayden; a sister Michelle (Jack) Vrabel; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel at Mon Valley Memorial Park at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 28, 2025.

Interment will follow at the conclusion of the service.
