Joeine Osiol, age 77, of Manassas, VA, died Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Prince William County Hospital.

She was born July 30, 1944 in N. Charleroi, PA, the daughter of the late John Wojnar and the late Helen Bialousz Wojnar.

Joeine was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Manassas, VA. She was employed as a 3rd grade teacher in Prince William County public schools. Joeine loved the arts, Doo-wop, polkas, and her cat Zosia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Gerome Walter Osiol on April 15, 2013; and her brother, Richard Wojnar.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her three sons, Greggory Osiol of Bealeton Virginia, Matthew Osiol (partner Dr. Hilda Fernandez) of Brooklyn New York, and Anthony Osiol (wife Erin Osiol, son Jude Osiol) of Richmond Virginia.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second Street Extension, Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, (724) 379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish with Rev. Fr. Kevin Dominik as celebrant.

Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Twp., PA.
