Josephine "Peppers" Salciccioli, 83 of Carroll Twp., PA died on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., Pennsylvania.

She was born Friday, May 9, 1930 in Donora, PA the daughter of the late Dominic and Rose (Garritan) Reda.

She was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Church in Donora and the Sons of Italy Ladies Lodge.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Salciccioli on Feb. 14, 2009; and a sister Carol "Cookie" Reda.

Surviving are daughter, Libby (David) Watkins of Winchester, VA; two sons, William J. Salciccioli of Columbia, MD and Francis (Elizabeth) Salciccioli of Rostraver Twp.; four grandchildren, Robin, Melisa and Rocco Salciccioli and Ryan (Tiffany) Watkins.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA, (724) 379-6900 where prayers will be recited on Monday July 22, 2013 at 9:30 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday at Our Lady of the Valley Church located at 1 Park Manor Road and Second Street Extension Donora, Pennsylvania 15033 with the Rev. Fr. Pierre M Falkenhan as celebrant.

Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, PA.
