It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Leah B. Lloyd, 54, of Donora, who passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends on Saturday, September 5, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on April 7, 1972, in Monongahela, she was a daughter of Eugene S. Nagy and Linda Marsh.
She was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish where she served for many years as a CCD teacher and worked for several years with SPHS.
If you knew our mom, then you were blessed to witness one of the kindest, most loving, and selfless souls to ever walk this earth. She was always the first person to show up when someone was hurting, the first to lend a hand, and the last to ask for anything in return. She was a beautiful model of love to everyone who knew her and walked through life with an unwavering faith in God. Above all else, being a mother was at the very heart of who she was, and her children were her greatest gifts.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, Thomas Lloyd; her three children, Brittany (JD) Taylor of Virginia, Zachary (Sabrina French) Lloyd of Eighty Four, Sydney Lloyd of Donora; her mother, Linda (Malcolm) Bell of Rices Landing; two grandchildren, Amelia and Blake; four brothers, Danny (Joelle) Kubasiak, Jeff (Kim) Kubasiak, Benji (Robin) Kubasiak, and Gene Nagy; two sisters, Lindsay Rabbitt and Shawna (Tim) Patterson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Donora site. Family and friends may gather at the church from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, (724) 379-6900.
