Mario Sirianni's Obituary
Mario Ugo Sirianni, age 87, of Donora, PA, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., PA.
He was born on July 13, 1935 in Petrona Calabria Italy the son of the late Filippo Sirianni and the late Anastasia Colosimo Sirianni.
He was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Parish.
Mario emigrated to America in 1955 and was a lifelong self-employed cabinet maker. He also was an avid gardener and winemaker.
In addition to his parents, Mario was preceded in death by two sisters, Ermalinda and Giuseppina; and two brothers, Armando and Gino.
Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Angelina Talarico Sirianni; four children, Annarita Sirianni of Donora, Philip Pino Sirianni of Pittsburgh, Dino (Gina) Sirianni of Peters Twp. and Patricia (Mark) Torreano of Aldie, VA; and three grandchildtren. Vincenzo Sirianni, Dominic Sirianni and Francesca Torreano.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Thursday April 27, 2023 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Donora Campus at 10:00 AM.
Entombment will follow at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, PA
