Mildred C. Jay, age 76, of Clarksville, PA, died Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Donnell House in Washington, PA.
She was born September 5, 1948 in Brownsville, PA the daughter of the late Raymond Jay and the late Hattie Price Jay.
In addition to her parents Mildred was preceded in death by her daughter Cindy M. Jay; a sister Laura Fordyce; and two brothers John Jay and Harve Jay.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her loving companion of 40 years Carman Gillis; a daughter Kimberly Ann Smith (John) of Ellsworth PA; a son Ronald W. Jay (Peggy) of Clarksville; five grandchildren Amy Lancaster (Daniel), Joseph Smith (Tricia), Melanie Jay (Richard), Anthony Deems (Michayla) and Ronald Jay II; three great grandchildren, Atlas Jay, Delilah Jay, and Evan Scicchitanio
