Patricia Cheney's Obituary
Patricia Ann Cheney, 79 of Towson, Maryland, formerly of Donora died on Friday, May 16, 2014, at Franklin Woods Center in Rosedale, Maryland.
She was born Friday, November 30, 1934 in Donora, PA the daughter of the late Leo Samuel and Ethel (Axton) Cheney.
Patricia was a lifelong resident of Donora until she moved to Maryland to be closer to family after she became ill.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings,William H. Cheney, Syvilla Slatter, Alvin Cheney, Eloise Cheney and Harry Cheney.
Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Jo Ann Cheney of Baltimore, MD and Vivian Cheney of Charleroi, PA; also many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received onTuesday, May 20, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 www.massafrafuneralhome.com .
A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday May 21, 2014 in Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. with the Rev. Ken Jones officiating.
Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, PA.
