Patricia J. Kostolansky, age 75, of Donora, PA, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., PA.

She was born December 5, 1947, in Monongahela, PA the daughter of the late Joseph Cislaghi and the late Vera Russo Cislaghi.

Patricia was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish.

She graduated from Pittsburgh Hospital School of Nursing as a registered nurse. She worked as a nurse in various capacities throughout the Mon Valley area.

Patricia and Thomas were married June 21, 1969 and recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, Thomas B. Kostolansky; three children, Sarah (Timothy) Stephenson of Brentwood, Thomas B. Kostolansky of Ft. Lauderdale FL and Christian (Jennifer) Kostolansky of Castle Shannon; also two grandchildren, Abigail and Lily.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where friends will be received on Thursday December 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Prayers of transition to the church will be recited at 11:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Donora Campus.

Family and friends are invited for a time of fellowship and to further celebrate Patricia's life at the Monongahela Elks immediately following the mass.
