Patricia Renwick, 75 of Donora, PA died on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at her home.
She was born Wednesday, June 22, 1938 in Smithton, PA, the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma (Mitchell) Brazitis.
Surviving are son, David(Denise) Renwick of Donora, PA; three grandchildren, Amanda, Chase and David Jr.; two sisters, Alice Hough and Jacquie Charles; a brother William Brazitis; a special niece Lori Massey; also many nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family.
The Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 www.massafrafuneralhome.com was entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
