Sally Ann Neil, 74, of Washington, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2026, at home. Born in North Charleroi on October 28, 1952, she was a daughter of the late James and Florence (Moses) Neil. She was Episcopalian by faith, and a longtime member of the former St. John Episcopal Church in Donora. A graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, Sally received her Bachelor’s and Masters’s degree in education and was a teacher for over 36 years for the Ringgold School District teaching mainly elementary science at Gastonville. Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving brothers, Bob (Lisa) Neil of Charleroi and Scott (Tina) Neil of Eighty-Four; niece, Morgan Samantha (Chris) Burt of Eighty-Four; nephew, Zachary (Meghan) Neil of Finleyville; three great-nephews, Brayden Neil, Conner Neil, and Parker Burt; and a dear friend, Sue Black of Washington. At Sally’s request, visitation and services were held privately for family, followed by interment at Mon Valley Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L.
