Sharon Whitfield, age 63, of Monongahela, passed away, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at her home.

Born in North Charleroi on January 28, 1963, she was a daughter of the late William and Shirley Lowther Myers.

Sharon was a kind soul who was an animal lover, selfless, and would give you the shirt off of her back. She was always there for her family and had an unmatchable affection and love for her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christie Ann Whitfield.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Shannon (Jason) Lundy; six grandchildren, Malik, Aryonna, Richard Jr., Tatyona, Mason, and Jaxson; her significant other, Leon; and two sisters, Brenda and Romaine.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, (724) 379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. A service will be held in the funeral home at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Interment will be private.
